Christmas fresh out of the oven

One of the most Christmasy-looking places in Fredonia ­— and one of the busiest this time of year — is Miriam’s Bakery, where owner Miriam Lambright recently showed off some of her holiday confections. Lambright, who grew up in an Amish household and learned how to bake from her mother, said Christmas treats are pretty much the same for Amish and non-Amish families, such as these delectable cookies and treats.                                Photo by Sam Arendt
