Christine Dimmer

Mrs. Christine Dimmer of Highway D in Random Lake passed away at her home early Thursday morning, June 27, 2024. She was 62 years old.
Christine was born in Sheboygan on July 5, 1961, the daughter of Peter and Katherine (nee Peters) Yearling.
On Nov. 9,1990, Christine was united in marriage with Kenneth Dimmer. He preceded her in death in 2003.
Mrs. Dimmer was a member of St. John XXIII Catholic Parish in Port Washington.
She enjoyed cooking, baking and taking care of her flowers, as well as doing crafts, cross-stitch and drawing with gel pens.
Christine was a very giving and caring person. She loved helping others, especially older folks with tasks they didn’t find easy to do anymore. Her bright smile lit up the room she was in and the people around her.
Survivors include her longtime companion Paul Stemper and Paul’s brother Tom (Sherry) Stemper of Germantown. She is further survived by sister Donna Hester of Indiana, brother Michael Yearling of Random Lake, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Christine was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Dimmer and her parents Peter and Katherine Yearling.
Funeral services will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium, 171 N. Royal Ave. Father Michael Barrett will preside. A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, July 11, from 4 p.m. until services begin at 6 p.m.
Christine will be laid to rest the following day at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Dacada.
Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
