Chinooks packages to benefit Habitat

The Lakeshore Chinooks will host Habitat for Humanity Ozaukee weekend on July 29 and 30 with special ticket packages.

The Chinooks play the Wausau Woodchucks at 6:35 p.m. Saturday and 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Moonlight Graham Field at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon.

Every $20 package, which is valued at $30, includes a reserved grandstand ticket and a voucher for a hot dog, chips and soda.

Five dollars of every ticket package sold will go to Habitat, which is currently raising $175,000 for its next home project in Port Washington, which it hopes to start in fall 2024.

Proceeds from the jersey auction, which begins on Saturday and concludes on Sunday, will also go to Habitat.
