Chamber unveils Grafton Parade DVD
The Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce recently released its commemorative Christmas Parade video, which is now available for purchase.
The hour-long video looks back at the past four decades of parades and includes archive footage from as far back as 1985.
The video is a part of the Chamber’s “Home for the Holidays” campaign and serves as a way to provide alternatives to in-person activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The program highlights major elements of the parade such as bands, floats, costumed characters, celebrities and special units. Additionally, the video showcases past performances by the South Shore Drill Team along with visits from Santa Claus.
The video is hosted by former Chamber Executive Director Nancy Hundt and Mike Cibulka, assistant vice president of U.S. Bank in Grafton. Both are long-time announcers of the parade.
DVDs are available for pre-order for $15 on the Chamber’s website, www.grafton-wi.org. Orders are also available to pick up at the Chamber’s office, 1624 Wisconsin Ave.
The Chamber is also offering a Home for The Holidays gift set that includes the commemorative Grafton Christmas parade video, the 2020 Community Cookie and Dessert Book, a “Shopping Fun in Grafton 2021” coupon book and movie snacks and treats for $35.
