Chamber announces scholarship recipient

The Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce recently named Luke Wolfe as the recipient of its 2020 Continuing Education Scholarship.

Wolfe, 19, is a 2019 graduate of Grafton High School and he is attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in microbiology.

After graduating from high school, Wolfe helped the local community through involvement with the Grafton LEO Club and at church services at St. Joseph’s Parish, according to the Chamber. In Madison, Wolf is an active member of the American Medical Students Association and has aspirations of attending medical school following his undergraduate studies.

The $1,000 Chamber scholarship is awarded to one student each year who either lives in Grafton, works in Grafton or has graduated from Grafton High School. Applicants must be enrolled in and in pursuit of a two-year, four-year or graduate degree. Additionally, a letter of recommendation from a Grafton Chamber member must accompany each application.
