CG-Belgium holds banquet

A new tradition may have been born at Cedar Grove-Belgium High School. District library media specialist Mary Beth Desens and social studies teacher Dave Claerbaut developed the idea, and a few days before graduation seniors enjoyed a catered meal from Parker John’s and piano and violin music played by their classmates and a teacher. Administrative assistants Barb Skutka and Nikki Ferber and teacher Kathy Moreno enjoyed some adult time. Class officers Jamison Velzke, Evelyn Ramos-Garcia, Audrey Leuth and Reid Ketterhagen posed below a sign. Claerbaut,Iris Goff and Dylan Herrera took a break from eating to smile. English teacher Emma Smith, Velzke, history teacher Jake Hock, Caleb Heinen, Ketterhagen and Spanish teacher David Flynn posed.
