Celebrating growth at KMC Stampings

Ground was broken for an 18,000-square-foot addition to KMC Stampings’ Mineral Springs Drive plant in Port Washington on Sept. 23. The space will be dedicated to manufacturing, especially fabrication and welding, company officials said, noting the firm has outgrown its existing facilities. Work on the addition is expected to be complete late this year or early in 2027. KMC makes fabricated and stamped metal parts for a variety of industries. Among those participating in the groundbreaking were (from left) Chuck Wilson, President and CEO Gerry Schwartz, Debi Merkel, Bobby Carter, Mike Debano, Jason Rowe, Ron Grimm, Jared Roll and Zac Berube.
