Bullhawks’ gymnasts compete at state

Grafton/Cedarburg’s Alaina Jarmuz and Kaelyn Chmiel went up against the best in the state at the Division 1 gymnastics meet in Wisconsin Rapids last Saturday.

Jarmuz finished 18th of 27 competitors in the floor exercise with 8.8. She tied for 21st of 25 gymnasts on the uneven bars with 8.0 and was 23rd of 25 competitors in the all-around with 33.8 points.

Chmiel was 25th on floor with 8.4.

The pair qualified with their performances at the Manitowoc Lincoln sectional.
