Black Hawks to play on

Seven Grafton High School seniors recently signed letters of intent to continue their athletic careers in college. Football players  Tyler Van Sluys will attend Northern Michigan University, Thomas Petersen will attend the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and James Nellis will attend North Dakota State. Guard Marissa Morgan will play basketball for Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Sophia Verplancke will play volleyball at Carthage College, Anna Holzer at Carroll College and Amelia Werner at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich.    Photos by Sam Arendt
