Ashley M. Hill

Ashley Marie Hill passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, after a lengthy and courageous battle with a neurological condition the Lord called her to His heavenly home. She was 29 years old.

Ashley was born in Sheboygan, Wis., on June 2, 1990, to David and Lori (Weyker) Hill.  

Ashley was a 2008 Ozaukee High School graduate. She enjoyed watching “Law and Order,” the Milwaukee Brewers and reading. Her beloved canine companion Arnie held a special place in her heart.  

Family meant the most to Ashley, and she will be dearly missed by all. Ashley will be remembered for many joyful moments, but none so special as her always present smile.

Ashley is survived by her parents David and Lori Hill of Fredonia; brother Andy (Angie) Hill of Port Washington; sister Amy (Matt) Roller of Port Washington; grandmothers Clara Weyker of Dacada and Arlene Hill of Port Washington; nieces Olivia Roller and Sydney Hill; and nephew Carson Hill.  

Ashley is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Ashley was preceded in death by both of her grandfathers, Lawrence Weyker and Wayne Hill.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at Divine Savior Parish, Holy Cross Chapel, 5330 Hwy. B, Belgium, WI, at noon.  

 Father Gideon Buya and Deacon Jerry Malueg will preside.

Family will receive visitors at the church from 9 a.m. until the service at noon.  

Interment will take place at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Dacada.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested.

Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, is honored to serve the family.

Ashley’s family would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to Froedtert Hospital, the Froedtert Neurological Department, Horizon Hospice and all the various caregivers and healthcare professionals who assisted in Ashley’s care over the past 12 years.
