Ansay breaks ground for Paape Family Farm project in Saukville

Ansay Development ceremoniously broke ground on April 23 for the next phase of its Northern Gateway Community Collective on Saukville’s east side — Paape Family Farms, a subdivision that will consist of 30 single-family houses and 10 buildings with side-by-side homes. Doing the honors were members of Ansay’s development team (from left) Nick Ansay, Chris Schmidt, Kate Ansay, Jaci Ollman, Chris Christensen, Tara Williams, Ian McCain and Orrie Vandenlangenberg. The neighborhood will consist of smaller houses of 1,000 to 2,000 square feet, ideal for first-time buyers and retirees, McCain, design/construction manager with Ansay Development, told the Saukville Village Board last year. Buyers will be able to select from a set of concept designs by project architectural firm Rinka, one of which is shown at right. The Northern Gateway Community Collective currently consists of the Daniels Apartments, Gateway Sports Academy, an Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin clinic and Anita’s Gardens assisted living and memory care facility.
