‘Navigating the Seas’ topic for April 9 talk

Marie Blunt will discuss “Navigating the Seas (Lakes, Rivers, and Oceans, too)” during a 7 p.m. Thursday, April 9, program  at Edison Hall at Inventors Brewpub in Port Washington.

Blunt and her husband Allan were resident keepers at the Port Washington Light Station and have visited more than 500 lighthouses.

They are the authors of “The Lighthouses of Port Washington,” and their newest publication is “Yesterday’s Lighthouse and Today’s Visitor.”

A book signing will be part of the program.

The free program is sponsored by the Port Washington Historical Society.
