Workshop on freezer meals set
A Grafton Senior Center’s freezer meal workshop aims to answer the question, “What’s for dinner?”
Instructor Kristy Markeland will provide all of the ingredients necessary for the freezer bag, as well as labels, bags and recipes.
Participants will assemble their bags, which involves reading recipes and measuring ingredients.
Participants must provide their own meat for the meal. Meals average four to six servings and cost $3 per serving.
The workshop will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, at the Senior Center.
Freezer Fiesta Meals include taco soup, ranch chicken chili, fajitas and fiesta taco casserole.
The cost is $55 per person. Advance registration is required. Call the Grafton Parks and Recreation Department at (262) 375-5310 or register online at https://graftonrecreation.village.grafton.wi.us.
