Village working on website

Editor’s Note: Village website was back up as of Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Village of Belgium and Ozaukee County staff have been working to get the village’s website back up after it was disconnected last Thursday.

The Wix website program did an update that disconnected the village’s domain.

Village Treasurer Vickie Boehnlein said she and Wix are working with the county, which hosts the domain. She doesn’t know when the site will be connected.

Village email is still working and the village is using Facebook to disseminate information. The village newsletter is expected to be sent in a few days.
