Village clears way for tobacco, vape shop to open off Foster Dr.

The Saukville Village Board last week cleared the way for a tobacco and vape store to open in a multi-tenant retail building off Foster Drive.

Smoke World Vape plans to open in a vacant, 5,600-square-foot space next to Sandmasters Hardwood Floors at 138 S. Foster Dr., according to an application for a certificate of compliance that was approved by the board.

The sale of tobacco products is allowed in the B-4 zoning district that encompasses the property, but a certificate of compliance is required because the use of the space is changing.
