Uribe Harbeck challenging Delorit for president; five seeking two seats on board

Two Grafton Village Hall veterans will square off in the April election, with Trustee Lisa Uribe Harbeck challenging incumbent Dan Delorit for village president.

There will also be a five-person race for three Village Board seats. Trustees Dave Armstrong and Jim Miller face challengers Kevin Curtis, Carl Stier and Sarah Scarpace.

Trustee Mary Pat Fenton is not seeking re-election.

In the town, Chairman Lester Bartel is running unopposed, while Supr. Jeff Thoma will face off with three newcomers Mary Gosewehr, Nick Offerman and Kelsey Ward for two supervisor seats.

The deadline to register for the election was Tuesday.
