Teaching a community service lesson with sloppy joes

Educators who teach students the importance of community service set the example Saturday, March 4, when members of the Port Washington Saukville Education Association made sloppy joes and served the community meal at Parkside Community United Church of Christ in Saukville. Among the crew who hosted the meal organized by the Ozaukee Food Alliance were (front row, from left in photo above) Sheri Scharnweber, Sandy Crain, Nickie Kimball, (middle row) Julie Grudzinski, Sarah Dahl, Bonnie Brunner, (back row) Brian Borley, Lisa Floading and Meg Jacoby.   Photo by Sam Arendt
