Taking the Halloween fun outside at the YMCA

The sun shined on the Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA’s Halloween costume walk in Saukville Friday, which was fortunate since the event was held outside because of the pandemic. About 150 children and their parents participated in the fun that included a costume contest and pumpkins and goodie bags for kids. Among those participating in the early evening event were (clockwise from above) Laura Ardisana and her children Gabriel, 2, and Ariel, 4. No pumpkin was too big for superheroes 4-year-old Xavier and 3-year-old Tavious Zeck. A T-Rex greeted children as they walked by. If masks weren’t normally part of some children’s costumes, they were this year.
