Students get sheriff service with a smile

Students at Ozaukee Elementary School in Fredonia were treated to special service when they arrived in the cafeteria for their noon meals Monday, Oct. 22. Sheriff Jim Johnson (second from right) and Capt. Jeff Sauer of the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office manned the lunch line. Their appearance was part of a community outreach program that puts law-enforcement officials in touch with students. Photo by Sam Arendt
