State park to hold fall harvest hike

Harrington Beach State Park in the Town of Belgium is hosting a fall harvest hike from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12.

The Friends of Harrington Beach State Park will offer soups, chili, hot dogs and desserts in the Ansay Welcome Center.

Some Assembly Required, an acoustic folk band, will perform from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

People are asked to bring flashlights.

The event is free with a park admission sticker.
