Stargazing slated for this weekend at Harrington

The Plunkett Observatory at the upper parking area at Harrington Beach State Park will be opened at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, and Saturday, Oct. 1, by volunteers from the Northern Cross Science Foundation.

If the sky is clouded over, the event will be cancelled. A park admission sticker or day pass is required for entry.
