Splash pad moving along

The Village of Fredonia’s splash pad could open this summer.

Village Administrator Christophe Jenkins said on Tuesday that the utilities are in and it passed inspection last week. He was planning to meet with contractors about putting in concrete.

The plan is to open the pad before summer ends.

“That’s my goal. I’m going to push it over the finish line,” Jenkins said.
