Saukville Saints won’t play final game
Try as they might, Mother Nature just wasn’t going to let the Saukville Saints play at the Hartford Hawks in the Rock River League regular season finale for both teams.
Last Friday night’s game was postponed to Sunday afternoon but got rained out.
The game was moved to Monday night, then Tuesday night and finally Wednesday night. When Wednesday’s game wasn’t expected to be played due to weather, the game was canceled.
The Hawks finished 10-3 and on top in the Northern Division. The Hustisford Astros and the Kewaskum A’s were each 10-4.
The Saints were last in the eight-team division at 2-11. They were 2-13 overall.
