Riveredge to host wine walk, membership hikes

Riveredge Nature Center has scheduled two fall events in the coming weeks.
A wine walk will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24.
The event at the Sugarbush House will feature LoVino Sangria.
A Riveredge naturalist will lead a hike that will cross Riveredge Creek, meander through the organic garden and end at the sugarbush house.
The first glass of sangria is included with registration.
The fee is $15 for All Access members, $18 for Trail Pass members and $21 for nonmembers.
Hikes for prospective Riveredge members will be held at 1 and 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.
A Riveredge membership representative will lead the tours, filling in those attending about Riveredge’s history and the benefits of membership.
The hikes will take about 30 minutes and the topics of discussion are guided by the questions of the group.
To register for either event, visit riveregenaturecenter.org or call 375-2715.
Riveredge is at 4458 Hwy. Y in the Town of Saukville.
