Rita Goschey

Mrs. Rita Goschey passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at Kathy Hospice in West Bend. She was 94 years old.
Rita was born on Oct. 30, 1926, at home in Belgium, Wis., the daughter of Nicholas and Catherine (Schueller) Klos.
On June 26, 1948, she was united in marriage to Robert (Bob) Goschey at Holy Rosary, Holy Cross Chapel.
She was a long-time member of Divine Savior, Holy Cross Chapel.
Bob was the love of her life. He passed away on March 9, 2012.
Rita and Bob traveled all over the United States. They spent time in Florida with family and friends for many years during the winter months. She loved being with her family and friends.
Rita enjoyed being outside working in the garden, taking care of flowers and mowing the lawn. She worked many years for Lake Church Leather picking up leather uppers and bottoms for slippers and sewing them by hand at her home. She also worked full time at Allen Edmonds in Belgium.
Rita is survived by her children Daniel (Laurie) of West Bend and Linda (Terry) Depies of Antigo. She is further survived by her grandchildren Greg Goschey, Shawn (Heidi) Depies, Sherry Goschey and Kevin (Danielle) Depies; six great-grandchildren, Dillan Goschey, Elisa Goschey, Bryson Depies, Dane Depies, Emberli Depies and Gatlin Depies; and sisters-in-law MaryAnn Klos of West Bend and Evelyn Hayes of Port Washington.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob,” their infant son Duane and siblings Elvera (Edward) Hetzel, Elroy Klos, Norbert (Clarita) Klos, Lozelle (Raymond) Thill, Alberta (Tony) Carriveau, Camilla (Emil) Hubing, Quintin (Dorothy) Klos, Harriet (Harvey) Tholl and Stanley Klos.
Rita will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Lake Church Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial are appreciated to Kathy Hospice, 3232 Pleasant Valley Rd., West Bend, WI 53095.
