Raffle event May 12 to benefit Fredonia man

A meat raffle to benefit a Fredonia resident will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the Dawg House in Waubeka. 

Proceeds from the event, will help pay medical bills for Doug Davis, a quadruple amputee who underwent a kidney transplant late last year.

A quarter side of beef and a half pig will be raffled along with two quarter barrels for a party. 

The Dawg House is at W4101 River Rd.
