More than 450 people gathered in Port Washington’s Veterans Memorial Park on a beautiful Oct. 4 Saturday morning for the kickoff of the Ozaukee County Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The event is estimated to have raised $110,000 that will support Ozaukee County families with education, care and support services, as well as the Alzheimer’s Association Helpline — (800) 272-3900.
