Port State Bank mortgage lenders receive awards

Four mortgage lenders at Port Washington State Bank recently received the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award presented by Five Star Professional.

The recipients are Jay Schreurs, Sharon Niesing, Kelly Lambrecht and Linda Chay.

The honor is earned by less than 3% of lenders in a given market every year.

Nominations are determined by scoring high in criteria evaluated using surveys of recent homebuyers.

Lenders are evaluated using surveys of recent homebuyers on such topics as customer service, integrity, communication, product and service options, overall satisfaction and whether the lender would be recommended to a friend.

Industry peer evaluations by mortgage, insurance and real estate professionals also are considered.

In a survey of customer satisfaction following a new or refinanced mortgage loan at Port State Bank, 96% of the surveys returned in 2021 ranked the bank’s service as excellent.

Port State Bank has locations in Port Washington, Saukville, Cedarburg, Grafton, Mequon, Thiensville, Belgium and Fredonia.
