Port State Bank announces four promotions

Four employees at Port Washington State Bank have been promoted.

Aimee Larsson has been promoted to retail processing manager.

Larsson, who earned her finance degree at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, has worked in community banking for 24 years, 14 of them at Port State Bank, where she has led the underwriting team for most of those years.

Mike Ott has been promoted to loan servicing manager.

A graduate of UW–Milwaukee, he has been in community banking since 2009, when he started his career at Port State Bank. He started as a teller, moved on to personal banking, then became a junior underwriter, and most recently focused on commercial credit.

Zach Deming has been promoted to small business lender.

He is a graduate of UW–Madison’s Business School who joined the bank as a personal banker at the Cedarburg branch. Most recently, he moved to the Port Washington branch, where he specializes in mortgage lending.

Heidi Pautz has been promoted to controller. 

Pautz worked at the bank as an accounting intern while pursuing her degree at Cardinal Stritch University. After graduation, she accepted a financial accounting analyst position at Port State Bank, where she has worked for 12 years.

Pautz recently earned her CPA license.
