PHOTO OP-ED: Students of turkey hunting got high grades

Young aspiring hunters got expert advice from members of the North Shore Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation on March 29, with impressive results. As part of the organization’s Learn to Hunt program, teams of students and their mentors hunted on properties in Ozaukee County with permission of the owners and then gathered at the H. H. Peters Youth Camp at Hawthorn Hills park for lunch and a photo of the nine teams and the turkeys they bagged.
