Proving that the holiday spirit endures during Christmastime in the time of pandemic, the first edition of the Port Washington Recreation Department’s Santa in a Snow Globe event Saturday thrilled children with the opportunity to visit Santa Claus close up but from outside of his clever—and safe—surrounding and left parents delighted with the evening’s enjoyment in Upper Lake Park.
