PHOTO OP-ED: Data center foe met fans in Port

Podcaster Charlie Berens, who is credited—or, in the view of city officials, blamed—for encouraging a crowd of hundreds to protest the Vantage data centers at a Common Council meeting in December, took a selfie with Terri Reissmann when he came to Port Washington on Feb. 11 to appear at an event organized by Great Lakes Neighbors United. Berens, who has millions of viewers on YouTube and followers on Instagram, was one of six speakers who addressed the negative impacts of data centers. More than 250 people attended.
