Natural World Workshop

Tim Goodwin will lead a workshop, Discovering Our Place in the Natural World, at Faith Lutheran Church in Cedarburg from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7. After teaching secondary science for 20 years, Goodwin now serves as an instructor in the education department at Bemidji State University whose research involves environmental education, ecological literacy and ecological identity. In this workshop, he will lead a conversation and interactive activities helping participants to better understand their own ecological identity and foster it with children, students and friends.Teachers can earn three CEU credits.
