Middle school musical to take audiences on trip to a ‘world of pure imagination’

The cast of Thomas Jefferson Middle School’s production of “Willy Wonka Jr.” were on stage rehearsing Saturday for performances at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, and 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Port Washington-Saukville Performing Arts Center. The production of the musical based on Roald Dahl’s classic children’s book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” features about 100 students in grades six through eight.
