Megan Kropp

Megan Noel Kropp entered the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Jan. 30, 2021, in Mequon, Wis.

She was born Dec. 16, 1973, in Media, Pa., the beloved daughter of John and Cheryl Krupa.

She was preceded in death by her father John.

She is survived by the love of her life and husband Wayne, her brother Chad (Courtney), her nephews Cade, Ty and Briggs and her mother Cheryl.

Megan was given the gift of a great love of Christ and the Scriptures at an early age by her parents, nurtured by many years through Awana clubs and summers at Camp Awana and deepened with her love Wayne.

She was a prolific memorizer of Scripture and lover of all peoples of God’s creation. She lived the gospel through kindness, the sacrificial love of others, her time and hospitality and a sacred devotion to prayer for other’s needs.

She loved decorating her home for every season and sharing it with friends, church members and sometimes people she had never met. She often gave gifts of her hand-made wreaths to her many friends. She lifted others through personally written cards, sometimes handmade using her husband’s photos, often containing words of encouragement and always containing relevant Scriptures.

Visitation is to be held at The Bridge Community Church, Des Plaines, Ill., on Feb 12, from 3 to 9 p.m. and Feb 13 from 10 to 11 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m.

Donations in lieu of flowers requested to Camp Awana, c/o The Bridge Community Church, 946 E. Thacker, Des Plaines, IL, 60016. Please note Megan Kropp in the memo line.
