Man faces felonies after leading cops on foot chase

A 23-year-old man who led officers on a foot chase over fences and through Sauk Creek in Port Washington after a relative called 911 faces multiple felonies in Ozaukee County Circuit Court.

It took three sheriff’s deputies who used stun guns and two police officers to arrest Devonte T. Rayford near Moore Road on Friday, March 21.
