Local students earn honors at UWM

Fifty-three area students have been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

  Belgium residents Alice Apfelbach and Megan Bergin are studying in the Letters and Science program while Joseph Duschene is enrolled in the architecture program and  Kailynn Knuth in the nursing program.

Sonnet Bayer is enrolled in the Letters and Science program while Ella Crass is in the Pathway advising program. Both are Fredonia residents.

Grafton students Samuel Aria and Nathaniel Stillone are enrolled in the School of the Arts.

Trevor Bodart and Madison Masse of Grafton are enrolled in the education program.

  Grafton’s Zach Brandenburg,  Benjamin Herzfeld,  Dennis Kaestner, Niko Kallas and Matthew Meyer are studying in the English and Computer Science program. 

Betsy Gleesing of Grafton is enrolled in the health sciences program.

Grafton students Ethan Huber,  Zachary Kosidowski, Carissa Mooren, Kiley Niemeyer, Gretchen Schmook and Mark Steinbrenner are studying business.

Jake Markiewicz, Jetta Nunez-Mura, Aleia Olson and Moshe Robbins are Grafton students studying in the Letters and Science program.

Kendal Michalak is enrolled in the architecture program, Avery Orosz is in the nursing program and Gina Reich is studying education. All are Grafton students.

Grafton’s Levi Rutledge III is a social welfare student.

Port Washington’s Sydney Arthur,  Allison Burmesch, Madyson Contreras-Perrin, Olivia Dimmer, Monica Gotthart and Sarah Swartwout are enrolled in the Letters and Science program.

Michael Babcock of Port is enrolled in the early college credit program.

Jessica Clements, Nicholas Dreier, Mark Murphy and Blake West of Port Washington are in the business program.

Matthew Dekker of Port is studying in the English and computer science program.

Georgia Didier and Miles Stimac, both of Port, are in the School of the Arts.

Sara Janeshek of Port Washington is enrolled in the education program while Port’s Emmitt Karrels and Zakary Wiedenhoeft are studying in the associate degree program.

Allison Slamann is enrolled in the health sciences program and Katherine Tyree is studying architecture. They are Port residents.

Wylan Boyle is enrolled in the Letters and Science program while Erica Gremminger is in the social welfare program. Both are Saukville residents.

Leah Gall and Adam Wall, both of Saukville, are in the associate degree program.
