Local students earn academic honors
A dozen local students received academic honors from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for the spring semester.
Students who earned grade-point averages of 3.9 to 4.0 received highest honors. High honors go to those with GPAs from 3.75 to 3.89, and honor recognition is for students with GPAs from 3.5 to 3.74.
Port Washington students include Briana Drews, honors; Molly Fyhrlund, honors; and Nolan Large, high honors.
The Grafton students are Kathryn Fix, high honors; and Amber Micoliczyk, honors.
The Belgium students include George Feind, honors; Jordan Jentges, high honors; and Audrey Nagorsen, honors.
The Fredonia students are Chase Brouillette, highest honors; and Madison Desimowich, honors; Celeste Hermans of Saukville, highest honors; and Skyler Plaskey of Waubeka, highest honors, also made the list.
