Lionsfest to be held on Port lakefront

Lionsfest will be held on Port Washington’s lakefront this weekend, Aug. 1 to 3.

The festival, held in Veterans Memorial Park, will feature food and beverages, raffles and music.

On Friday, Aug. 1, Nate Herlache will perform from 3 to 4:30 p.m., a prelude to headliner Rockin’ Krakens, which will play a mix of classic rock and country from 6 to 10 p.m.

On Saturday, Shad Lads will perform vintage rock, country and popular hits from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and Left on Sunset will play a variety of cover songs from 6 to 10 p.m.

Advance Band will play vintage and classic rock ’n’ roll Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. while Bobby Friss will play rock and roll from 2 to 4 p.m.
