LETTER: Threat to innocent landowners is reason PFAS rules are stalled

The editorial in the June 13 issue of Ozaukee Press properly identified PFAS as an important issue facing Wisconsin. Thankfully, state lawmakers set aside $125 million to begin addressing this problem. This funding is important, but protections for innocent landowners are also necessary. Unfortunately, Gov. Evers’ veto means that Wisconsinites get neither.
