LETTER: A perfect day for Port High grads

What a fabulous community celebration for the Class of 2020 at PWHS! We have received a lot of nice comments on the special celebration event on Sunday. This class missed a lot of events this school year, and I am glad we were able to do something special for the class on a perfect day in a less than perfect school year.  

 Coordinating all of the details was a team effort involving parents, students and staff. Thank you to Shelly Uttke for her work on a most memorable graduation video, organizing the class flowers and helping to communicate to students as the class adviser.  

Thank you also to the Port Washington Police and Fire Departments and the City of Port Washington; to our student, parent and office staff planning committee; and to the Port Washington-Saukville School District administration and School Board.  

Finally, thank you to the community for coming out to cheer our graduates.
