LETTER: No Kings rallies trying to keep Founding Fathers’ dream alive

To Ozaukee Press:

I attended the No Kings rally in Cedarburg on Oct.18 because I love America. I want to see it prosper and function well. And I want my grandchildren to have the same freedoms and rights that I have been lucky enough to have. This is what democracy looks like—people peacefully expressing their views.

The police and the numerous vested organizers deserve our thanks for giving us this opportunity. I want to think the Founding Fathers would be proud of us for trying to keep their dream alive.
