LETTER: How to get rid of taxes: Get rid of Federal Reserve swindlers

To Ozaukee Press:

A letter to the editor by Dennis Gasper published recently in Ozaukee Press stated the benefits of capitalism.

It was a good letter, but he did not go far enough.

One of the benefits of capitalism is that it gives people the incentive to improve their lot by their efforts and that creates an abundance.

Socialism, on the other hand, destroys people’s incentive to do more because they cannot profit from their efforts, creating laziness and dependence on government for their livelihood, bringing on shortages and poverty.

There is only one thing wrong with capitalism and that is that it allows for interest to be charged. Interest always brings on a depression followed by inflation, which is where we are today.

One hundred years ago, the dollar was worth 100 cents; today it is worth 4 cents.

In 1913, a corrupt congress and president put the Federal Reserve Act into being.

The Federal Reserve is not a part of our government.

It is a private stockholder corporation owned by bankers, and the U.S. government does not own a single share of its stock.

The Federal Reserve interest collection swindle is the biggest scam that has ever been perpetrated on the American people.

If our Treasury Department created a constitutional money system, the government would never have to borrow money and would never have to pay interest.

Then the people would not have to pay interest, and taxes could almost be eliminated.

Before the Fed existed, there were no property taxes, no income taxes, no sales taxes nor any the of the other taxes we have to pay today.
