LETTER: Foy is best suited to restore judicial demeanor to court
To Ozaukee Press:
After attending the forum in Mequon presenting the candidates for the Ozaukee County Circuit Court, Branch 2, on Mondaym Feb. 4, I have decided to cast my vote for Angela Foy.
Angela Foy is well qualified for this position through her education at prestigious universities.
Our county circuit court has seen an inordinate amount of contention in the past several years. Angela seems best suited to reverse this situation. She is calm, firm and sensible. Her personality and disposition will do a lot to to counteract the unease felt by citizens of our county.
She has gained the knowledge and experience needed by working on both sides of issues, by taking part in a huge variety of court hearings and by working with many judges in various counties.
Angela’s conviction is that her job is to help people who need assistance. She does this by showing them she cares; she does her best, and she does what is right. This is especially evident in her guardian ad litem work. Who more needs assistance than children and other vulnerable people in need of legal advocacy?
Angela Foy’s presence in our circuit court will be a welcome change. I encourage Ozaukee residents to become informed about her (angelafoyforjudge.com) and vote for her for circuit judge on Feb. 19.
