LETTER: Cigarette butt littering typical of someone who ‘feels the Bern’

Reading that Bernie Sanders is coming to Wisconsin to campaign for Sen. Tammy Baldwin reminds me of an incident that happened months after the 2016 presidential election.

I’m in my vehicle approaching the intersection in downtown Grafton and slowing down to stop as the light had turned red. I then notice that the older model car in front of me has a “Bernie Sanders for president”  sticker on it and in large letters across the bumper are the words “Feel the Bern.” Suddenly the driver tosses a lit cigarette butt out the window. I think, how typical,  or did he somehow see the “We Stand with Governor Walker” sticker on my vehicle?
