LETTER: Chicken Roast a big success again

To Ozaukee Press:
    We would like to thank everyone who came to Veteran’s Park and supported our 31st Chicken Roast on June 9.
    Special thanks to the Grafton Lions members for all their hard work on the day of the event, the spouses and significant others who made terrific desserts and helped in the food distribution and everyone else who contributed to make the day a great success.
    With the proceeds of this event, we can continue to contribute money to Lion’s Club International projects as well as many local charities such as Ozaukee Family Services, Big Brothers/Sisters and local scholarships to name a few. Lions Club projects help preserve sight, combat disability and promote health.  
    Gatherings like this help to make Grafton such a terrific community.
