LETTER: Check mental health of buyers before selling lethal weapons

To Ozaukee Press:

There seems to be an increase of gun violence, especially mass shootings, in the United States.

Many blame the mental health of the perpetrators for these evil acts.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to check a person’s mental stability before selling them a gun rather than selling them a gun to check their mental stability?
