LETTER: ‘She brings a sense of order and calm to each school day’
To Ozaukee Press:
The Saukville Elementary School community would like to recognize and celebrate the retirement of Judy Heinzen, our school administrative assistant.
Throughout her time at Saukville Elementary, Mrs. Heinzen has been a steady, reassuring presence for students, families and staff. She is often the first face you see when you walk through the doors and the calm voice you here on the other end of the phone.
While supporting families, managing unexpected situations, handing out an endless supply of ice packs and keeping staff organized and informed, she has always approached her work with kindness, patience and professionalism.
Each day, she goes above and beyond the responsibilities of her role. In a school that can feel busy and unpredictable, she is the one who quietly keeps everything running smoothly.
She manages the countless details that hold Saukville Elementary together while ensuring everyone feels supported and welcomed. Simply put, she helps control the chaos and brings a sense of order and calm to each day.
Mrs. Heinzen’s impact reaches far beyond the front office. She has built strong relationships with families, earned the trust of colleagues and created an environment where students feel safe and cared for. Her dedication has made a lasting difference in our school community.
As she begins this next chapter, we extend our sincere gratitude for her years of service and the many ways she has supported Saukville Elementary School. We wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement. Once an Eagle, always an Eagle.
