Lavey wins 10-kilometer Holland Fest Run

Former Rocket improved from second in 2021

Former Cedar Grove-Belgium High School cross country and track and field star Stephen Lavey won the 10-kilometer Holland Fest Run on Saturday.

Lavey finished in 32 minutes, 7.36 seconds, improving on his second-place finish in 2021.

Jenny Zwagerman won the women’s race in 37:36.88.

A total of 380 people participated in the 10K and two-mile runs and two-mile walk.

Joe Johnson won the two-mile race in 10:45.23.

La Weser of Sheboygan won the women’s two-mile race in 13:53.28.
