Kurt C. Grasse

Kurt C. Grasse of Newburg, Wis., passed away of natural causes on Jan. 26, 2021, at his home at the age of 60.

He was the adoring father of Katherine (Benjamin) Lowry; dear grandfather of Max Grasse Lowry and Clark Bender Lowry; brother to Kenneth (Rachel) Grasse; dear uncle to Abby (Jake) Haug; and great-uncle to Jack, Helena and Talia Haug.

He is further survived by former spouse Linda Grasse and many friends and family.

He was preceded in passing by his beloved parents Clarence and Margaret Grasse and sister Kaye (Thomas) Gibowski.

Kurt took great pride in his career as a sheet metal foreman with over 30 years in the Local 18 Sheet Metal Union.

He was an avid deer hunter, an outdoorsman and a sports lover, especially the Green Bay Packers. He grew a large garden, kept a great many friends and loved his dogs, his Harley and classic rock.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and Kurt’s wishes, a celebration of life party will be held at a later date this summer.
